one of my best friends got her bangs cut and i looks really ugly. We have a group of 5 and we all think its ugly except her, how do i tell her?

You don`t be unkind and say anything to upset her.The bangs will grow out so keep quiet about it.I am sure there are things one or the other of the rest of you have that she thinks is ugly but being a true friend she has not said anything because she didn`t want to hurt your feelings.If she mentions that she is not happy with it then all you need to say it that it you did like it how it was before but as it will grow out not to worry about it.

Get over it. Don't tell her that her hair is ugly. "Ugly" is an opinion, it's not factual, and it will just hurt her. Who really cares if her hair is ugly, you're supposed to be her friend. If she likes it, don't rain on her parade. She might have a different opinion of what beautiful is.
