There are many cute styles these days for longer hair-braids, reverse braids, rolled up braids. You could put it up in a pony tail and roll it into a cute cignon (bun) or twist it into interesting shapes and secure with multiple clips or barettes.

Be bold and inventive-create your own signature style-you should not want to look like anyone else-you are unique and you know what looks best on you, even at 13!

A cute style to stay with your natural color would be pull it up and do the little poof in the front! it looks so cute! Kind of like this!
