I don't know if there is a web site for explaining how to work with a black persons hair. You can usually go to your hairdresser and ask them for suggestions and they will help you with ideas and show you how to do some of the styles as well and then it is up to you to practice them to get them down and to perfect them. (hairdresser)

If natural(which i love) you can do braids, puffs, fros, twist-outs, braid outs, ect

I dont know many straight styles though.
