Alright, so I did a little re-search for you, because I love dying my hair. It's brown now and only for one reason, because my job won't allow un-natural hair colors. Which bums me out. Anyways, if you want it done right go to smoeone who knows how to dye hair or get it done professionally all though they may charge upto $85 and then $6 for each extra color you want added into your hair. Anyways, I found some sites for you. Hopefully they help you out some.

dye your hair a really florescent colour...or black....

or bright coloured highlights throughout black hair...OR a blonde fringe [swept] and the black for the rest...

if you have light hair, dying the bottom part of your hair black or dark brown looks really cool. also, if you have bangs, you can dye underneath them so it looks like streaks in your bangs, and when it grows out, you can't really tell where your roots are since it's underneath.
