New, Unique Hair Colouring Style Ideas Wanted!?

I Don't work in/for/ or own a salon.

I'm just sick of every teenaged girl with the same hair colour as one another. I recently saw this one girl with her hair all black with 3 blonde strips at the back of her hair. One just below her ear on the left side, one on the other, and one from the middle of the nape of her neck so when she put it up at the back it looked like 3 stripes leading into a pony tail. Now i have never seen that before!

Any ideas out there?
