It's on private my dear ;) but I would suggest red or blond....NOT BLACK! but I'm not sure what your hair really looks like right now so I can't offer any suggestions on the cut...

You will look good in your most natural way. Keep it simple and sweet. Wash your hair daily with a good shampoo. I think thats all you need to do to look your best. No gels or oils are required.
